Sales Force Automation - capture order (quotation before order):	The Sales Force Automation solution
Confirm /load Equipment in Van – Job carding	Electronic Job Carding solution requires the verification of equipment required in a van or an assigned job. This will be driven from workflow and will be based on predefined database tables.
Select Work done – Job carding	Specific to an assigned job / equipment to be repaired.
Inventory check / stock take	Allow for mobile stock take in the Van, scan/identify item and enter quantity. Variance to be reported at server level.
View Stock available at last synch (SFA/order entry only)	Stock available at the customer to be displayed on the mobile terminal, synchronized at start of day and at regular intervals without negatively impacting on operation. Synchronise when idle.
Install Wizard	Install wizard with auto-setup, technical manual, user manual and minimum requirements.
Accept or amend load acceptance	This facility enables the mobile user to accept or amend the load transferred to the mobile warehouse and will ensure stock accuracy in the Van.
Process Returns	Goods returned by customers to be recorded with reason codes, authorised and credited. Credit note generation at point of transaction.
Crates / pallets management (deliver and return)	Crate / Pallet management in FMCG environment, not necessary to integrate with Pastel, except if pallet management exists. Output is a net outstanding pallet report resulting in business process to recover and or charge / refund balance.
On-device performance reporting	Suitable management tool for user performance against target.
Suggested orders (display on device)	Suggested orders based on customer history, less current stock.
Route Planning (display on device)	Route planning either by integrating with scheduler or directly on device
